Paying last bill

Well Ive attempted to text , chat and of course wait the usual 45 minutes on hold today to pay me last bill with Verizon. Just as the third customer service rep was transferring me to the "proper" dept----they hung up. This makes almost 2 hours!
I was so mad at Verizon Ive cancelled all services and am actually going back to cable.
