Verizon horrible customer service

I never ended up with a phone or plan with these dumbasses (cancelled two hours after purchase) and they not only sent me a new iPhone, they have charged me every month for the past six months. Month after month I have to call and get my "bill" fixed that I should not even have. Every month it's the same stuff....we now have you cancelled in the system. So sorry. I get a confirmation number and everything but yet here I go each month with the same issue. How do you bill someone that doesn't have a flipping phone or contract with you guys. Ugh! I have told everyone to drop them and go with sprint. At least sprint honors their word.
