Left Verizon too many lies

I cannot even count the times Verizon has lied to us and some of the most incompetent customer service reps I have ever seen. I have worked in customer service as we'll and I would have been fired for ever straight out lying to a customer but they do and they get away with it. Also were we lived they were the only cell company with service, so I felt like I was trapped we have since moved and I have never been so happy to disconnect a service in my life. Wondering what kind of training they put there customer service reps thru because it seems like the just pull them off the street and put them on the phone, they know nothing and it seems they just pull their answers out of thin air or whatever mood they might be in. Would not recommend Verizon to anyone unless you want to end up with high blood pressure.

I don't blame you for how you feel. I just got an NSF fee even though I had already given the new account info to Verizon and my bank. Verizon tried to blame my bank, but my bank confirmed the info. Verizon should be sued!!!!!!!!!!!!
