Going in dry

A year ago my internet was acceptable. Six months ago? Not as much. Today? Appalling. Despite Verizon raising their monthly fee so that they could "continue to provide quality services," they've done nothing but jerk me around. And it just keeps getting worse.

Now, on a good day, I'm lucky to be able to stream one or two episodes with minimal buffering. On a bad day though, I spend a good forty minutes suffering through buffering just to watch a twenty minute episode. How, in any way, shape, or form is that "quality."

To anyone looking for an internet provider, look elsewhere. Verizon has bad customer service, bad internet speeds, and is more than happy to screw their customers. And don't even get me started on how unreliable that load of garbage is. In the past year there's not been a single day where the router/modem hasn't need to be reset at least three times.

If you want even worse service, then sign up to have your account charged automatically. Don't ever change bank accounts because Verizon loves to charge NSF fees even if you've already with your bank.
