the reps will lie to your face

This has got to be the worst company to deal with and the reps will lie right to your face. Never been treated so bad by any company regardless of industry.

I essentially upgraded from an older nation 450 minute plan to the more everything plan which gives unlimited talk and text and a certain amount of data depending on how much you want to spend on it. The rep said there wouldn't be any issues or extra charges other than the price plan difference. To make a long story short the next bill was prorated(which is fine) but the proration gave me overages based on my prorated old plan even though I was upgrading to unlimited talk and text. Either way you look at it its crooked since I didn't go over my minutes or text when I had the old plan and my new plan offers unlimited talk and text. So now I'm stuck with a big bill that doesn't seem fair.

What did I do wrong? If I messed up ill take the blame but the rep said there shouldn't be any extra charges other the the difference in price plans.
