Today- I found out I have been paying $145/month for has not existed since Feb 2014. The plan that replaced that one has unlimited minutes for $100. $540 overcharged this past year. I was offered a $10 credit and was told it is my responsibility to watch for better plans. If my plan does not exist anymore.... shouldn't I have been switched to one that does. This business is working itself out of loyal customers at an impeccable rate. Look how many posts have TODAYS dated on them

I'm no fan of Verizon. This is most definitely your fault. They can't switch your plan without consent. Dont be a dumbass. There's a resource called the Internet you can use to check these things. Pay attention and stop expecting people to hold your hand through life. Pack a helmet and keep your fanny pack zipped. You've got a tough road ahead of you, sweetcheeks.
