Mollified, but not happy

After I was charged for a phone that I was promised free and dinged for a data usage for getting a promised discount on my phone, AND filed with the FCC a lady called me back giving me back the data usage and paying $200 on the phone, I won't say I am happy with Verizon but I am happy that filing with the FCC did some good. The supervisor did not tell me that it was in relation to my complaint with the FCC that prompted her call, (I had called everyone I could think of), until she was signing off on the call by saying "I will let the FCC know that we have resolved this case." Next time, right out of the gate, when I have a problem with Verizon I will complain to the FCC first.
