cancelled one year ago...wen to T-Mobile very happy!

LOL at your site! I was a Verizon customer for over 10 years and was weary of being nickeled and dimed (My bill was approx 200/month, paid on time, x 10 yrs), but what was far worse was the wait time for a customer service rep (45 minutes). Even worse was the fact that the customer service calls are out-sourced to babysitting boiler rooms where people who did not work for crappy Verizon gave faulty information. I cancelled, reported them to the FCC, Consumer Affairs and the BBB. Verizon terminated my 1 year contract and waived the fees. Even more hideous was the fact that when I called and pressed the option for new service, an actual Verizon rep picked up the phone in 15 seconds. Get it? They get you locked in and are nice at first and then throw you in a heap. I refuse to pay anyone to treat me like trash! My advice is to get as far away from Verizon as possible. Buy your phone out-right. Put it on a credit card. You'll pay less over time than you will being gouged and treated badly by Verizon. T-Mobile has no contract if you buy your phone, and they are supportive if you need the, Very happy with T-Mobile.
