how verizon turns me against it in 3 month

nov16 placed iPhone 6plus 64g thru verizon website under edge agreement
nov 16-29 phone breaks up while making calls, 10+calls for trouble shooting with nothing resolved
nov16 placed iPhone 6plus 64g thru verizon website under edge agreement
nov 29 order an new phone with full retail 925.43 and have been told to return the phone with the return label come with new phone
dec 02 received 2nd phone with a donation label(good job fuck with me
dec02-dec15 making 20+ calls to request a return label and been told it’s their fault so I can ship when the label arrives still worry free return
dec 20 received the return label
dec 21 shipped the first phone out
Dec 24-Jan4 make 10+ calls to make sure i can get refund when phone is received
Jan 4 Verizon confirm received the phone but issue me ZERO refund
Jan4-7 make 10+calls to ask why and was pushed around with customer cares
Jan 7 #Lasley Lee Told me if I can accept the 925.43 for verizon credit to pay my bill they can refund me right away
Jan 27 Still no refund #Carmon told me he will take care for it and i should receive my refund before next billing circle
Feb 05 No refund #Casey told me those other costumer service did all wrong(after 2.5 months, good job) and he will make sure I get refund by Feb 28
Mar 1 I DIDNT GET REFUND, INSTEAD, A NEW 628.92 device charge shows on my account
Mar 12 another 2 weeks passed, 100+hours called, CAN’T BELIEVE!
