one pissed off ex-customer

Just wait till you are done with this horrible company and try to get out from under them!!! I told 3 different people 3 different times I am done with them, but they keep sending me bills for their "service" when I am not even connected to them!! The sales rep at the Verizon store bold faced lied to me about what the bill would be, but by the time I got the bill in the mail, it was a whole different world. by that time the 15 day period whereas by law you could change your mind was past, so I was screwed. How in the hell can they call themselves a communications company when they can't even communicate among themselves????

Same thing happened to me. Cancelled service. Thought everything was good. Then I get hit with months of bills when I finally opened my credit card statement. $1,500. Customer service is all "we can't help you"... "Can I talk to your manager then?" "No." Screw you Verizon. I am glad I am FINALLY done with you, and I have emailed a few VPs to see if I can get a refund. THAT I DESERVE for dealing with your shit. I hadn't used the account in 10 months, you have a record of me attempting to cancel. Give me my fucking money.
