can't even order service

Tried 3 times to add TV to my existing internet service.
1st call - infinite hold, got music for 20 min; gave up
2nd call - after talking with one person and repeating everything, handed off to specialist, on hold for a while and then disconnected
3rd call - after repeating everything yet again, THIS guy says TV is not available for my house...
Seriously?
