Depends on who you talk to

It depends on who you get as a rep when you call Verizon for help. You might get someone who will tell you everything you need to know, and then you might get someone who doesn't know much more than you do as to why they're screwing you on your bill. I just got a bill that was twice what it should be, because I upped my GBs. Then they said, "Oh, well, when you do that, we charge you for a month and a half on your next bill." That makes no sense whatsoever to me, but I had to hang up because I was starting to get so mad that I was going to say some choice words that would only add fuel to my anger. I still have to call the manager when I've calmed down.
