Ok iam a VZW call center employee, first off every Verizon call center is in the United States so the whole talking to "Steve" in India is not true. We are however outsourced through multiple companies such as xerox being the main one. We are fully trained on policies and inner workings so here are a few tips when calling.


1. DO NOT call us screaming cursing name calling or acting a complete fool. It won't get you anywhere except for getting hung up on or xfered to a department that cant help you. It gets notated every time you do so. We are human beings too and individually ha've nothing to do with the fact you were too idiotic to read your contract.

2. Do not get angry when we can't give you everything for next to nothing it's literally a account by account basis that we can do loyalty offers on.

3. You used your data pull your heads out of your asses.

4. do not get pissy when you do not qualify for edge because you dont pay your bill to begin with. We cannot and will not "make a exception" because you will go to sprint if we don't you get laughed at.

5. I hope all of you who wish death upon Us die a even more painful death
