stole 150 dollars, cant get a final bill

Me and my girlfriend were switching to sprint for cheaper phone bills. Sprint said give us a final bill so they can buy out the contract. I then went to verizon to pay $150 toward the final bill. I useda perfectly fine debit card to pay. The store said the card was denied, so then i tryed to use a credit card and it worked. Later that night i looked at the bank statment online and verizon took $300 out of the account. It turns out the store lied about the 150 on the debit card being denied. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes to get ahold of an actual human instead of a usless computer. I told the customer service representitve about that and he said they will send the clam to the finaccial department and 150 shall be reimbersed into the account in 1 or 2 bussines days and a final bill will be mailed. It has ben 1 week and im still out 150 bucks. All i needed was a copy for sprint to pay the rest of the cancelation fees. My credit is a siting duck waiting to be destroyed
