Switching back to Comcast. Verizon FiOS is bullshit. Here's why.....

I switched to Verizon FiOS in January 2014. At the time I felt great because I was getting away from Comcast because at the time I thought I was having problems with Comcast. Boy was I wrong. Everything I'm dealing with today or this month or last month or the month before the month before that or the week before that the day before that...it's unreal. Signed up for the service. 400 channels, 100 mpbs upload and download Internet, and phone. At first it was great, until I realized how unstable the wifi was, or how there was a constant connection issue. I allow this to go on for a few months and I finally bought the newest Verizon gateway. Everything was amazing it first. Then my son had trouble connecting his laptop or his PlayStation four on Wi-Fi. His room was one floor up and 10 feet over from the gateway. There should be absolutely no connection issues. Verizon send a tech out that all there's no problem blah blah blah blah blah blah blah and infix shit. Let me back up I am a service tech myself but for HVAC so I can tell you when someone is trying to bullshit a customer. Then I got the bright idea to change my DVR service from three regular DVR's to the Fio's quantum package where I can record up to 12 shows at one time. Well that was the biggest fucking mistake of my life. The set up is you have a server DVR box and then you can connect up to three or four small client boxes. But these client boxes rely on a connection. They don't tell you but they prefer an ethernet connection. But you can do it through the coaxial cable. Well my sons client box constantly reboots constantly resets constantly constantly constantly not working and he can't watch tv. I've had to service techs out here and both times I was never told I was getting billed for it but I did get billed for the service call and it's still not fixed. So yesterday I said fuck it I want to switch back to my original DVR service where everyone has their own DVR, that was the last time that everyone was satisfied with their cable shows. So they sent me out three boxes their old models. They're older than my original boxes. What type of shit is that? I forgot to mention for the last two months I've called in at least once a week and I'm always transferred to a new person I'm always fed bullshit and I'm sick and tired of this fucking company. I'm officially switching back to Comcast as of now. Fuck Verizon they can suck my fucking dick. Sorry for the cursing and the typos.

First problems with Comcast, then Verizon. Sounds like you have shit wiring. You probably ran it yourself with Home Depot wire. Also, wireless speeds and connections cannot be guaranteed. Too many things can screw them up. If you were a good father, you would have run Ethernet to your kids xbox. Also, servers and clients work off coax only, not Ethernet. So you got billed for not paying $6 a month for a maintenance plan on your shitty wiring? That's Verizon's fault too, right? Best way to stop serial trouble callers is to bill, bill, bill..
