Stupid Customer Service

I'm actually an AT&T customer. Never even went for Verizon. At their StupidStore, the version of the phone I wanted was way cheaper for the Verizon version. So I did a little bit of intelligence and called up customer service (Verizon). "Oh, sure, you can get it unlocked in the store and then take it to any carrier you want. Okay, I'll bite. So I buy the phone. I find my schedule suddenly packed, and am unable to take care of the phone for a little while. When I get an opportunity, I go into the store and ask them to unlock it. "Oh we have no idea how to unlock it. None of the stores do." Thanks to them, I have no new phone AND a wasted 400$ because I couldn't return it in their tiny 48 hour period. Thanks, Verizon. U suck.
