Modem reseting 3 to 4 times a day

I have to reset my modem 3-4 times a day. They refuse to send out a tech. Their attitude is that is the line is working when they are talking to me, I have no problem. The Indians barely speak english. I can't wait to get away from Verizon. I will sign up with any competitor that presents themself.

File a complaint with the FCC fast and easy and Verizon has to deal with it.
