International Plan Still Charging

Went to Europe for 1 week in April and added international text plan $40 extra month. They are still charging me for this as of July bill. They are refusing to pay me for back charges. They said its my responsibility to cancel when I returned from Europe. I told them originally I only needed for 1 week. I also told them check my usage you'll see that only used international texts for the week in April.

Nope, I'm sure you told them in your first phone call that you only needed this service for a week, "as you stated". Therefore they should have stopped the billing automatically one day week from your first call. You should not have had to call back again to make sure that they did their job in shutting off the service. The rape that is verizon. Such a disgusting awful company.
