Charge twice for service will not issue refund

Changed my iPad from verizon "pay as you go" to the "family plan". Done through the Verizon store. Continued to be charged for the "pay as you go" $30/ month even though they pulled the old SIM card to add to the new plan. They admitted it was there error but would not issue credit for three months of billing. I had to submit a claim through my credit card to get my money back. Them they billed be the next month so I had to do it all over again.

Also:
sent payment in 10 days early. I guess mail delay, 4 day weekend got a late fee charge. They would not reverse the charges.

I hate Verizon.
