A TOTAL RIPOFF

I called FIOS to set up internet for my new apartment, and the rep was talking as fast as he could, trying to sell shits to me and get me out of the phone with bunch of unnecessary services. He put me on an order, which charges me additional SOME $65 DOLLARS FOR "INTERNET ACTIVATION FEE".

Later on I figured out if I applied online for the same mutharfucing service, THERE IS NO SUCH CHARGES. I talked to the customer services, the agent told me that it will be waived. AND THERE IT IS ON MY FUCING FIRST MONTH BILL!

I CANT BELIEVE THAT A COMPANY WITH SUCH REPUTATION AND SIZE WOULD DO SUCH A LAME JOB AT CUSTOMER SERVICES. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
