I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. I can't tell you how many times I've called to see if I can reduce my bill by pairing down features and data, sharing minutes and family plans etc...

No matter what I do my bill only goes down for a little bit then ends up high or even higher.

Last month my bill was $467 this month its $348...

This is for a unlimited talk text and 2gb of data on 3 phones, and data on an iPad.

The biggest scam is the "verizon surcharge" line of the bill. This month it was $90.

Just moved to T-Mobile... thank GOD!!!

I did the same thing recently! Verizon wouldn't work with me.

If your surcharge is 90 then it's either activation fees or reconnection fees if you got suspended. Call 866-266-1445 that's financial services. Also, for your plan, get the new one. The medium is $60 for 6gb, 40 per smartphone if you're under contract, 10 for the tablet. That puts you to 190, if you're out of contract 130.
