Verizon Customer Service SUCKS

chatted with CS today about upgrading my phone. asked if I could upgrade now and start the "edge" program, or whatever they are calling it now. I was told yes and to go to a store to get the phone.

went to the store and waited over an hour to get a CS person. Then I was told that there was a $200 early change fee that the person on the computer never mentioned. so I drove another 30 minutes to get home

Called CS and wanted to file a complaint. spoke to CS agent who put me on hold to get a supervisor. Came back on phone and said supervisor was coming to her desk to get my number and would call me within 2 minutes.

THAT WAS 7 hours ago.

Verizon has really taken a downward slide with customer service. their employees are rude in the store. their customer service is non existent.

THe CEO must be proud to run a company that so many hate

Unfortunately he is. Lowell McAdams has instigated and promoted this behavior. He is the primary reason for the downfall of this company and is leading it towards its demise. He is horrible!!
