Worst Customer Service in the World

Tried to do a simply renewal on my Verizon "Triple Play Bundle". Got the bill & they are charging me $100 for a tech visit that never happened. Calling Verizon takes hours after being transferred over & over again and put on hold over & over. Nothing but runarounds. I was told that there would have to be an "investigation", and someone would let me know after 72 hours. Imagine that - an investigation after someone stated that I requested a service tech visit. I hate these people. I want to cancel with them. I will go to court if I have to. AWFUL!!
