$40 more a month ..... WTF

First off I'd like to state that I've been with Verizon for 15 years. The last four years have been very painful. My most recent one, and I can fill a book of Verizon stories over the last four years. Starts because I was going to go over on my data because I was traveling, no big deal I call Verizon and I switch from the 10 GB plan to the 15 GB plan. ( easy right?) (Wrong!) it was supposed to be $20 more a month, and I could switch back at any time. In the meantime my phone bill goes up $40 a month. I still have yet to figure out why. (Because no one Verizon seems know.) ( Strange) which by the way is already $20 more per month then I was told it would be from my last issue? So my phone bill has increased $60 in two months? I called Verizon and with intention and switch back to my other plan of 10 GB instead of 15 GB. ( and here's where it gets good ) I am told that plan is no longer available. So I am stuck with that extra $40 a month which is actually $60 because of the last increase that nobody understands. So she says don't worry she will figure out a plan and save me some money. So in the end here's what they figured out they switch me to a 12 GB plan from a 15 GB plan. Sounds like a no-brainer right? Except the 12 GB plan is the same price, and in the end I was informed that I actually saved between $3 to $5 dollars, but I'll be getting a lot less data. So in the end my bill hasn't gone up $60 over the last two months, it's now only gone up approximately $57 even though I have received nothing more, and as a matter fact and actually receive less? And by the way I'm in contract for another year and a half!

That is Verizon wireless's version of customer service!

It's almost like as customers we have to not only get everything in writing but even videotape every transaction with this company. They are vile!!! Good luck to you.
