I am being harassed by a Version employee

An executive relations employee called me two days ago and told me that the defective phone I returned wasn't reset correctly and it was sold to a person across the country with my info still on it. That customer complained and returned the phone. This employee tells me that before he read the whole claim he reset the phone and can no longer prove that my info was on it. He said not to worry that the customer was probably lying just to get a new phone. I filed a complaint with verizon, the BBB, and the FCC. I called to speak to this person's manager an the receptionist said someone would call me back. 5 minutes later this employee calls me asking why I wanted to talk to a manager, and he worked at the corporate level and didn't have a manager. He said I could only speak with him and he reset the phone so I couldn't prove anything. I continue to call the executive relations department and still haven't gotten a manager. But, everything I call and speak to someone within 2 minutes this employee calls me asking why am I still calling to speak to a manager......etc. I have no idea how he knows when I call and talk to other people. Needless to say I haven't gotten through to a manager.
