I fully understand that VZW's IVR can be a horror to get through. As a tech agent, I get calls all the time about how the IVR sucks. I've tried calling in myself. Not fun. For the record, it is best to call in from a different phone. The system doesn't like it when you are calling about the phone you are on. Oh, and call Tech Support. We are paid hourly, not basedon sales so we are more likely to give you the best for your money.
