Billing fiasco

I set up a payment arrangement for the bill to come out of my checking account in one payment on a certain day, and it was split and they attempted to take it out on two different days. The second one coming out about a week and a half after the first. When I told them about it they told me I set it up and that they no it was done according to my arrangements because their systems do not make mistakes.
