Special incompetence

When going into the Verizon store trying to figure out why a random check from Verizon kept hitting and causing me NSF fees I was placed on the phone with customer service who put me through to financial services who instead of knowing why I was calling asked me how I wanted to pay my bill. It took me over an hour and a half to fix this problem and get them to give me two credits to the account. That only covered their bounced check fees not the other two correct checks that were supposed to come out and instead bounced. AT NO TIME WILL THEY ADMIT THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR END.

That's because these practices are not errors. This is the way that all Verizon employees are trained to do business. More money can be made defrauding the customer.
