Data charges RIP OFF

I have 15 GB of data just for one phone. Toward the end of the billing period, suddenly it sky rockets and I go over all with no changes in how I use my phone. I've also noticed that at times, I can not connect to WI-FI, AND it's not just me..it has happened on the same days to assume of my friends add well.
What's up Verizon? You aren't getting any more of my business or money after 15 years with you!

Same Here. I Had the same unlimited Data Plan on two smart phones. Never Got Free New Phones Over the years because that would take us out of the plan. Now we got a $40 increase in our phone bill. They raised the price $20 on each phone.

Uhhh... sounds like your phone needs some troubleshooting. The FCC would shut them down in a minute if they illegally added on data & the FCC does keep a close eye on those things. And they have absolutely no way to make you phone not connect to Wifi.
