they are horrible

post dated a check thru the automated system now on new years eve saw my phone was shut off cant get anyone on the phone.so sick and disgusted..been with them for 7 years and that's what they do..claim 24 7 customer service but if they make a mistake and cut you off you cant get anyone on the line so their 24 7 is bullshit...meanwhile I was told to set up my post dated check thru their automated system..and they screwed me over on new years eve..saw something on the news today for a class action suit against them now I wish I was part of it

You can tell the whole story. You had to be very past due for Verizon to suspend your service. You're basically blaming the company for your inability to pay your bill on time and be responsible adult. Suck it up take personal responsibility or get prepaid

Customer service & tech support are 24/7/365... however the special depts that deal with delinquent people like you are not open holidays or weekends.
