NO Email for over 2 months!!!

In September I went for over 2 months w/out email. This is a business account!!! I need my email!!!
Well I used to work for Verizon and still had contacts so I got the name of the person in executive appeals. That wasn't any help. Ironically it was someone at Apple that fixed the problem.
Now in January of 2013 I have the same problem. I don't have the time to write how many incompetent people I have had to deal with over this problem. A major complaint is that I can go days w/out anyone contacting me to see if my problem has been fixed. I even had someone call and say they were glad my problem was fixed!!! This time it has been over 2 weeks and still not fixed. Apple can't fix it this time. One person realized the problem was they mixed my residential service with my business and thats whats causing the problem. That was 7 days ago and still not fixed. Oh and they aren't available on weekends so don't expect to get anything fixed on a weekend!
Spoke with someone on Tuesday and said he would speak with his supervisor because he doesn't know how to fix the problem. That was Tuesday and it is now Thursday. NO CALL! They can't even call to say they are working on the problem. But then maybe they aren't. When I worked there if I had given a customer the poor service I am getting (I even had someone hang up on me!!) I would have been fired!
I have had to go in to MANY accounts such as Paypal, bank accounts and changed my contact info to ICLOUD email.
I haven't given up. I want to see how long it take them to fix it if they can. When it's fixed needless to say I will be canceling my Verizon service.
