VERIZON SUCKS

Since switching to Verizon Quantum in April 2015, i have had a service rep here every month trying to fix problems....unsuccesfully. Unable to connect to network; recorded shows mysteriously being deleted by the system; shows set up to be recorded not recording;system freezing up and needing to be rebooted; response time that reminds me of my first cable service in the 1980's. And then after waiting for 45 minutes to talk with someone from customer service, their response to all the problems is "I'm sorry".
