Another case of incomptency

Ever since they rolled out the lte plan (last summer), my iphones have not worked. I have had an open ticket (the latest) since November (it is now February). The call quality and texting did not work. Went to apple genius bar but they agree not their phones--it is verizon. Had to cancel after 13 years because Verizon could not give me a date it would be fixed. Worst part--they actually expect me to pay full fees and cancellation costs when they cannot advise when (or if) problem can or will be solved.
