Replaced Defective phone withd get connected with a technical representitive that another defective phone

Its about time we start boycotting the companies that don't know the meaning of customer support. In November 15 my Motoroal Driod Maxx started rebooting constantly. So Verizon replaced it with a refurbished phone, even though the original was within the new warranty period. This phone is now rebooting 20 or more times a day. I called Verizon support and got connected to a tech that said the refrubished phone only had a two week warranty, since that was what remained on the original phones warranty. Now this refurbished phone is less than 90 days old (its February 21st, 16), and I can purchase a new phone for the cost of the phone added to my mnthly bill. I live in a state that has a lemon law and told the tech that they could exchange it for a 2nd time with the same phone. Its hard to tell the outcome since the phone rebooted at that point in the call.
The only thing worse than Verizon policies is the lack of intellect by their customer service and tech employees. Its great trying to call in on a second number when your widowed and have no relatives. I wonder if Verizon ever heard of Skype or oter WiFi based services that can accomplish tech support without a second phone.
