my time is apparently not valuable

I spent a total of 12 1/2 hours on hold over a weeks time trying to get on with a tech, hanging up each evening after giving up. Now I am trying to get help again, everything you need it takes a least a half hour of your time. Try finding out how to get your discounts, so far I have spent a total of 3 hours between the two phone calls and working at their "website". To get your discount you have to go to their website and waste this time. And their security, what a joke that is.

I hate this company, I hear their hold music in my head like "its a small, small world" from Disney. Just won't go away after listening to it for so many hours.
