data charges that aren't true

i have received numerous messages that say my data usage is 75 or 90 percent of may allowed. i have never went over my data, have not done anything different and now i am having to shut off my phone to no go over. i even increased it and pay 5 bucks more per month and it is still saying i am going over. there is nothing on the phone that is on, no apps, etc... I will be forced to move away from verizon next month after 15 years because of their bad service, scamming, etc..

It's your stupid phone you idiot. Why don't you log into your account and see the source the data is being used up. Dumb asses like you probably don't even know how to log into your account to even check.

Even myself avoiding the smart phone scams that I know exist didn't do me any good because all they have to do then is not even give you basic voice service like they did to me.
