Greedy BASTARDS

I have been a loyal VZW customer for over 20 years. I calculate that in that time I have easily spent in excess of $70,000 dollars. In 90% of the months I used well below the data allotment I had at the time and if I got close to going over I would purchase more. Now, on a regular basis I get text messages advising that I am getting close to exceeding the limit and I can buy more ahead of time (which won't be refunded if I don't use it) or pay $15 for every Gig I go over. If you greedy bastards won't give me credit for what I don't use monthly then at least give me the option of freezing usage when the limit is reached.
