I have to agree with the posting about Verizon employees. You cant be a representative of any compant without being partially responsible for that companies overall performance. If someone works for a company that is not only monetarilly succesfull but also a success with its customers, then that employee will take credit for the overall success and goodwill that everyone, employees and customers, share.
