Have been placed on hold or transferred since 9AM! Everyone keeps passing the buck and now I am cancelling my Verizon Business DSL as it doesnt work anyways.

I suggest that we get the NAMES of the people on the phone before they transfer us. Where can we file complaints with Verizon?/? Do they even listen?

It is an encouraged unspoken policy practiced by most of phone workers. If they can not sell you something while on the the line you are in the way of the next caller they may be able to sell to. Find the quickest way to get you to someone else. It is encouraged to do this so it will wear you out enough to stop calling. You will just accept it or cancel. They dont care because people sign up everyday. Leadership wants more more more more. They dont care how you get it. It is a constant blame game when shit goes wrong internally as well. They point fingers and blame each oher in circles and will turn on each other at the drop of a hat. In retention dept (cancel dept) they will put your service in vacation mode or suspend it to keep from getting to many cancels. It leaves the service in the customers name and the next person that moves into the new home has to take out an act of congress to get service cancelled to get new service. They specialized in creating situations that are not best for the customer and are complete pain in the ass. I saw it everyday.
