Update killed my phone

Verizon's pushed "upgrade" to 5.1 killed my Brigadier. They said it was Kyocera's fault, Kyocera said it was Verizon's fault, and both didn't want to fix it. After a week of back and forth, Verizon finally OKed a replacement phone, but won't send it to a PO Box. I don't get mail delivery at my house, so here we are on a Saturday, the tracking info says it's sitting at the post office, they are closed, and unclaimed packages go back after 24hours. The best part is it's been over two weeks now, and I still have to pay my bill. I need my phone for work, and they are dragging their asses to an unacceptable level.
