What language do you speak Verizon?

What language do you speak Verizon? It certainly isn't the language of your customers for your service sucks. I am currently on the line with one of your representatives as I attempt to discontinue my TV service and upgrade my Internet service. First of all, he doesn't seem to have a clue as to what he is doing. Second, he is claiming I pay a bundled rate of $84.99 per month while my current statement says I pay $103 per month ($78 + $25). He cannot explain the difference. Third, he's still trying to put me in to a bundle even though I have now told him three times (3x) I do not want their TV service. Fourth, his use of the English language is horrible. Fifth, I hear a young child in the background. Sixth, I am now on hold for the fifth time and haven't made any progress even though I have now been on the call for over 30 minutes. Seventh, he told me I'd be on hold, this time, for no more than two minutes, it's now approaching seven. Eighth, even though I have supposedly reduced my TV and wireless services in the past, my bill NEVER seems to go down. How can that be? Your business and horrible customer service are a charade. Your company, just like Comcast, sucks!!!
