They will tell you anything to get you to sign up

I left Comcast after the commercials became too many, in one hour the commercials and Comcast promos were taking up 30 minutes or more.
I had been receiving several offers from verizon FIOS each week and when Comcast raised my subscription to over $200.00 a month, it
started to become interesting to take a second look at Verizon/FIOS

In calling regarding their triple play offer, I was promised a $40.00 voucher to defray the costs of setting up a Samsung Tablet on Verizon
Wireless. All of the billing statements refer to the $40.00 Voucher being sent out after the 3rd months paid billing. Which would have been

They even sent me a Barcode to take to the Verizon Wireless store to pickup a discounted Samsung Tablet. When I called about the tablet
I was told I couldn't use the barcode until the 3 months bill period had passed, last week when I called Verizon regarding the voucher, I was
told that, promotion had ended on January 5, 2016, before I even signed up for the Verizon/FIOS Triple play.

Verizon's Customer Service claims that the Sales Department should not have continued to offer the $40.00 Tablet setup voucher but there was nothing they could do to help. So following the instructions from Verizon/FIOS and Verizon
Wireless, I lost out on the $40.00 voucher so I won't buy the Samsung Tablet from them and will be sure to never tell anyone to become a
Verizon customer.
