No Ethics

My DVR stopped workign 5 months ago and when I went to fix it, the site said it wasn't on my account. The DVR also said it wasn't active. At that point, I was like screw it, I don't need it and its not worth dealing with the terrible customer service reps to re-activate...Well after checking my account recently, I found out I had been billed for it every month even though the DVR box and the site both said the service wasn't active. When I contacted customer service to get a refund/credit (a whole $60), they said they "couldn't" give me a refund/credit, which is complete bs. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor or someone that could help, the rep refused and said they would just tell me the same thing. Awful people, awful service.
