How they treat a customer who has been with them for decades

I have been with Verizon Wireless for decades now. I had a little financial trouble and got one payment behind for two months. They sent me a text warning me my service could be suspended and 2 days later they suspended it so they can charge me a $20 reconnect fee when I pay my bill I tried to go online to do a web chat with a representative and because my account was behind I could not even connect with a representative it just directed me to financial services. When my phone is paid off I will be moving to another carrier and will never go back to Verizon Wireless again and I will make sure everyone I can talk to knows how I was treated.
