double billing for 3 months....wont fix, bank does, verizon cancels billing card...

Crazy.....double billed...each month for 3 months....verizon computer tells me " $0 balance" ...no credit for double billing, shows as single payment....verizon can't help so I call bank tell them....they say send proof......I do and they credit my account.....now verizon wont accept my card have to pay cash only.....i call verizon ....told shows too many charge backs....system AUTOMATICALLY puts me on cash ....i call up and start the trip we all experience with problems.....told cant do anything for me....i ask for Supervisor...I get Montoya......can't get her to stop rambling so I can ask question that was at the 1st sentence rather than wait for 50 words to come out her mouth.....she gets mad..I try too stop the conversation to ask a question or 2 and she tells me I'm agitated ....she is correct and she sounds agitated....ends up hanging up on me....NEVER a curse word came out of my mouth ....and she hangs up on me.....all this time spent and I will NEVER be credited for it...no free month of voice or anything...I run a small business myself and to have this VERIZON SYSTEM fail at so many levels ....I would have a hard time staying in business....INCREDIBLE ....and here I am giviing Verizon my time AGAIN !!!!!!! putting this into text to help others.....John from the statement below mine is correct....auto billing is failing....and some of the employees also have deep problems .....

Their collections department would be the only department that could remove the cash only status. Only problem is u have to dial the 800 Verizon number to get them and they have bankers hours. I used to work for this horrible company and am sorry you have had to go through this. Also all of the people that work in collections are managers and are assclowns, pardon my cursing. I hope you are able to get this resolved and wish you good luck.

One more thing, report her for hanging up on you. That is what is called a customer mistreat and she should be disciplined if not let go. The managers are all buttmunchers and are just pissed because they are having to actually work since the company is on strike. If a rep hung up on you they would can them so quick it would make your head spin. Practice what you preach Verizon!!!

File a "360 complaint." The reps manager will get this complaint and like the last person said, they will discipline them or even terminate them after so many complaints. Some of those employees are worthless and don't care how they treat customers or how they mess up their accounts.
