"Over usage"

They sent a text message two days ago saying I had used 90% of my plan. Last night I get a text saying I have used 100%! I turn off the phone immediately but because I had used ten seconds of time after the text they charge me $15. Happens they recently decided to give only the one warning (not two) which the customer service rep says is often delayed (meaning you have used more than 90% when they say 90%!) The rep said the texts are "delayed" so that by the time you get the %100 notice you are already over, they way they like it!!!!!
Tricky company but this type of business doesn't win loyalty.
Also having major problems with getting a connection in our area
