Verizon lost me and they really don't care because they finally got a contract

Scheduled an internet upgrade from 75 to 300 mbps on 19 April. Was scheduled for upgrade on 9 May. Tech showed up and did not have the equipment to conduct the upgrade. He was 3 hours late. Rescheduled for 1 June. Verizon did not show up. talked to verizon on the phone several times. when you ask for a supervisor they transfer you to another call desk person so they don't have to deal with you. Other times they just hung up. No way to complain to verizon. they finally rescheduled for 2 June. Talked to tech and he said he would be here by 5 PM. he shows at 7:15 PM. Said he could do it the next day because he had no equipment and it was too late. We pay $900 per month total for verizon services. Not for long. I lost 3 days of work and never got anything. The overall attitude of every single verizon person I talked to was that it was all the fault of the strike and they got what they wanted so people would jut have to be patient until they catch up. This is one reason companies move to other countries. It is very hard to get an american to work and care about their job. It will probably be the same but we like I told the tech. The next service call will be with COX. I only hope they loose their ass and a lot of customers. After 10 years we will be dumping them soon.

Yes, all you can do is disconnect from Verizon. It could hurt, but take a stand.
