Why I will not renew...

1. It took 6 months and 8 hours of my time to straighten out a billing mistake MADE BY VERIZON.

2. I am locked out of the device I paid for.

3. I cannot revert back to Lollipop from Marshmallow on a device that I OWN.

4. Marshmallow upgrade does not come with full features that the OS supports

5. Verizon is happier with me not renewing my contract and losing my business than trying to make amends.

6. Software upgrades are excruciatingly slow to come. I get an upgrade over a year after the newest software is released. I have been reading about Android N release and had not gotten Marshmallow yet.

7. Verizon leadership apparently has standing orders to ignore logic and common sense.

Can't wait 'til October!
