Over billing and pay won't reimburse

Verizon changed my plan on a cell phone from only pay for days I used the phone to a fixed monthly fee. I was on auto pay. So they accumulated an over payment of $560 for me. They don't want to pay me back alleging THEIR RULE not to pay for over 90 days balance.
Beware they use creative billing to increase their profit. This is a bad company.
