paying more doesn't get you more

OK -- I'm lazy and as long as something is working basically I go with it. Verizon customer for 20 years. Why? I can't even explain this to myself. I'm in a major metro so coverage should not be an issue. There have been times when I've had to walk to the end of my driveway to get "bars" to connect. Apparently my home is in the cone of mobile silence. Just got the new S7 after my antenna went bad on the S5 well in advance of my contract renew time frame. Of course they could not replace immediately and I'd have to wait in spite of the fact I had replacement insurance so as a desperate customer (business, personal, can you be off cell phone crack for even 48 hours -- OK sad but true I'm there) so I just paid the price no discount for a new S7 so I could have it RIGHT NOW. two months later -- having issues. Got on the phone with tech -- they led me through a process that totally wiped my new phone and could not help me get it restarted. Awesome. Lost a bunch of stuff. Tech thought I might have a "lemon." Great. I restarted myself (fortunately know how to Google). waiting on a call from the supervisor which has not come as promised. I have to get out of my lazy rut and spend my money elsewhere. suggestions anyone?

How is the phone not working Verizon's fault? Take it up with Samsungs warranty. They should be able to replace it for you
